DTF on polyester needs care. We use low-temp film and shorter dwell time on the CE10 to keep dye migration off the print, especially on red, navy, and black. Done right, the result is a sharp, full-color print on a moisture-wicking athletic tee at a price point that screen print cannot touch in low quantity.

Best use cases: athletic teams and leagues, performance corporate events, 5K and race tees, youth sports, outdoor activity groups. The DTF advantage on performance fabric is full-color art with no upcharge. A multi-color logo costs the same as a single color.
