The Gildan 5000 is the most printed tee in America. The workhorse heavyweight cotton tee. 5.3 oz/yd², 100% cotton (some heathers are 50/50 or 90/10 blends).

DTF on a Gildan 5000 is the safe default. Transfers great on cotton, holds up wash after wash, and the heavyweight feel reads quality even at a budget price. Ash and sport grey are 90/10 blends and still print cleanly.

Best use cases: budget corporate, event tees, schools and churches, family reunions, team and league shirts. The price-to-quality benchmark. If your job is fighting on price, this is the blank.
