1. Overview

This Shipping, Delivery & Claims Policy (“Policy”) applies to all orders placed with Panda Prints LLC (“Panda Prints,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), whether placed online at pandaprintworks.com, by phone, by email, or in person. By placing an order with us, you (“Customer”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy in its entirety.


2. Fulfillment Options

Panda Prints LLC offers the following order fulfillment methods:

  • Shipping: Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Carrier selection is at the sole discretion of Panda Prints LLC unless a specific carrier is requested and confirmed in writing prior to production.
  • Local Pickup: Customers may schedule in-person pickup of completed orders at our Kennesaw, GA facility. Pickup must be arranged in advance. Orders not claimed within 30 calendar days of completion notice may be forfeited without refund at our sole discretion.
  • Local Delivery: Local delivery is available within our service area (Cobb, Gwinnett, and Cherokee Counties and greater metro Atlanta). Delivery scheduling, availability, and any applicable fees will be confirmed at the time of order. Delivery windows are estimates and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Promotions

Shipping costs are the sole financial responsibility of the Customer and will be calculated and communicated at checkout or prior to order confirmation. Rates are determined by package weight, dimensions, destination, and carrier service level.

Panda Prints LLC may, at its sole discretion, offer free shipping promotions during limited promotional periods. All free shipping offers are subject to specific terms, minimum order thresholds, and geographic restrictions as communicated at the time of the promotion. Free shipping is not a permanent benefit, is not guaranteed on any order, and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.


4. Production & Processing Times

All orders require a production and processing period before shipment, pickup, or delivery. Standard production time is 3–5 business days from the date of final artwork approval and confirmed payment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Production timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Panda Prints LLC is not liable for production or delivery delays caused by, including but not limited to: Customer delays in approving artwork or responding to revisions; incomplete or inaccurate order information; supply chain disruptions, material shortages, or equipment downtime; carrier delays, weather events, natural disasters, or other force majeure circumstances; or federal and state holidays.

The production clock does not begin until final artwork approval has been confirmed in writing and full payment (or an approved deposit) has cleared. Production time does not include transit time.


5. Rush Processing

Rush processing may be available on a case-by-case basis and is subject to current production capacity. Rush availability is never guaranteed and must be explicitly confirmed in writing by Panda Prints LLC — verbal requests do not constitute a rush commitment.

A rush processing fee, quoted prior to order confirmation, will be added to all rush orders. Rush processing fees are non-refundable in all circumstances, including situations where a rush timeline cannot be achieved due to factors outside our control. Paying a rush fee prioritizes your order within our production queue; it does not create a guaranteed delivery date.


6. Address Accuracy & Changes

The Customer is solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at the time of order. By submitting an order, the Customer expressly attests that all billing and shipping information provided is current and correct.

If a Customer discovers that an incorrect or incomplete address was submitted, they must contact us at info@pandaprintworks.com or (954) 625-9374 within 24 hours of placing the order to request a correction. We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before a shipping label is generated, but cannot guarantee changes can be accommodated once production has begun or a label has been created.

Panda Prints LLC assumes no responsibility for orders shipped to a Customer-provided incorrect address. All costs associated with address correction, carrier package intercepts, rerouting, or reshipping due to Customer error are the sole financial responsibility of the Customer.


7. Transfer of Risk & Carrier Responsibility

Title and risk of loss transfer to the Customer at the moment a package is tendered to the selected carrier and a tracking number is issued. Once in carrier custody, Panda Prints LLC is not responsible for transit delays, lost or damaged packages, carrier mishandling or misdelivery, or packages recorded as “Delivered” but not physically received by the Customer.

While Panda Prints LLC will assist Customers in initiating carrier claims where applicable, our ability to do so depends on timely Customer cooperation, proper documentation, and the policies of the relevant carrier. We make no guarantee regarding claim outcomes or timelines.


8. Reporting Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, you must take the following steps before contacting us:

  1. Document everything immediately. Before moving, discarding, or repacking anything, photograph the exterior packaging (all sides), interior packaging materials, and all damaged items in detail.
  2. Contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date. Email info@pandaprintworks.com with your order number, a written description of the damage, and all photographs. Delivery date is defined as the date the carrier’s tracking system records a “Delivered” scan.
  3. Retain all packaging. Keep all original packaging materials, inner packaging, and damaged items intact until the claim is fully resolved. We may require return of damaged goods as part of the claims process.

Claims submitted more than 5 business days after the carrier-recorded delivery date will not be accepted and no remedy will be provided, without exception. Panda Prints LLC will not be held liable for damage reported outside this window under any circumstances.


9. Lost in Transit

If your package has not arrived within a reasonable period beyond the carrier’s estimated delivery window, contact us at info@pandaprintworks.com with your order number and tracking information. We will open a carrier trace and file a claim on your behalf where eligible.

Once a carrier marks a shipment as “Delivered,” Panda Prints LLC considers that order fulfilled and our liability for that shipment is fully extinguished. We do not investigate, replace, or refund orders reported lost after a “Delivered” status has been recorded by the carrier, regardless of whether the Customer personally received the package.

Panda Prints LLC bears zero responsibility for packages stolen after delivery (“porch piracy”). Customers are strongly advised to use a secure delivery location, request adult signature confirmation at the time of order, and contact the carrier directly and file a police report in the event of suspected theft.


10. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

All returns — whether for replacement or refund — require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Panda Prints LLC before any item is shipped back to us. Unauthorized returns will be refused at the door and returned to sender at the Customer’s expense, with no remedy issued.

To initiate an RMA: (1) Email info@pandaprintworks.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs. (2) Await RMA approval and return instructions. We will issue a prepaid return label upon approval. (3) Pack items securely, write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package, and ship using only the prepaid label we provide.

All returns must be physically received by Panda Prints LLC within 14 calendar days of RMA issuance. Returns received after this deadline will be refused. If replacement goods have already been produced and the damaged originals are not returned within 14 calendar days of RMA issuance, the Customer will be automatically billed for the full cost of those replacement goods and no refund will be issued.


11. Remedies for Damaged Goods

Upon receipt and inspection of returned goods under a valid, active RMA, Panda Prints LLC will — at its sole discretion — offer one of the following remedies:

  • Replacement or Reprint: A replacement order will be produced and shipped at no additional cost. Replacement orders are subject to standard production timelines (3–5 business days) and do not qualify for expedited turnaround without an additional rush fee.
  • Refund: A refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds will not be initiated until damaged goods have been physically received and inspected by Panda Prints LLC. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the damage is solely attributable to Panda Prints LLC.

The selection of remedy is at Panda Prints LLC’s sole discretion. We reserve the right to determine whether damage is attributable to carrier mishandling, Customer misuse, or other factors, and to adjust the scope of any remedy accordingly.


12. U.S. Territories & APO/FPO Shipments

Panda Prints LLC ships to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO military addresses. Transit times to territories and APO/FPO addresses are significantly longer than standard domestic estimates and are not guaranteed. Tracking capabilities may be limited at certain points in transit. Carrier options for certain destinations may be restricted to USPS only. Any duties, import fees, or taxes applicable to U.S. territories are the Customer’s sole responsibility. Panda Prints LLC does not currently ship to addresses outside the United States and its territories.


13. Limitation of Liability

Panda Prints LLC’s maximum liability to any Customer under this Policy shall not exceed the total amount paid by that Customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim. Under no circumstances shall Panda Prints LLC, its owners, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from shipping, transit delays, carrier loss, or damaged goods — including but not limited to lost profits, lost business opportunities, reputational harm, or business interruption.


14. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Cobb County, Georgia.


15. Severability

If any provision of this Policy is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.


16. Policy Updates

Panda Prints LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be published at pandaprintworks.com/shipping-policy. Your continued use of our services following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
