Your Privacy Choices
This page allows California residents (and any other consumer entitled to do so under applicable law) to exercise privacy rights described in our Privacy Policy, including the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
What This Page Does
Submitting a request through this page will:
- Opt your account and any verifiable email or phone identifiers out of “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (including the Meta Pixel)
- Remove you from marketing email and SMS lists, if you request
- Initiate any other rights request you select (access, deletion, correction, portability, limit use of sensitive PI)
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
If your browser or browser extension sends a valid Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we honor that signal as a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” request for that browser and device, even without submitting the form below.
Submit a Request
To submit a privacy request, please email info@pandaprintworks.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” and include:
- Your full name
- The email address and/or phone number associated with your account or order
- The state you reside in
- The specific right(s) you wish to exercise (Opt out of Sharing, Access, Delete, Correct, Portability, Limit Use of Sensitive PI)
We will respond within 45 days. We may extend this period by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary and will notify you of any extension. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests to protect your information from unauthorized access.
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide signed written authorization and may, in some cases, require you to verify your own identity directly with us.
Non-Discrimination
We will not deny you services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of service because you exercised any of your privacy rights.
