DTF on a foam-front trucker is a real challenge. The foam can compress under heat and the curved platen has limits. Most customers come to us for leather patch on this blank, not DTF. If DTF is the right call, we will test the press settings on a sample before running the order.

Best use cases: budget leather-patch trucker (primary use), events and pop-ups, casual retail, farmers market, brand caps. Better as a leather patch hat. Mentioned here because the blank is technically DTF-compatible with caveats.
