Marietta High School opened in 1892. The football program followed in 1902, and they’ve been building something ever since. Northcutt Stadium, where Blue Devil Nation has packed the stands for decades, was built in 1940 as a New Deal WPA project. That’s not just a stadium with history. That’s a community that was serious enough about its school to use federal depression-era funding to make it permanent.
The program earned a GHSA 7-A state championship in 2019, the first title game appearance since capturing the crown in 1967. That 52-year gap between finals appearances makes the 2019 run mean something more than a banner. It means the people who kept showing up in the lean years were right to keep showing up. Blue Devil Nation and McEachern have one of the sharpest rivalries in Cobb County, and that kind of friction is part of what keeps a fanbase locked in.
The design hits the left chest, small and clean. Navy and silver devil face, sitting right where a logo should sit when it doesn’t need to prove anything. No oversized graphic. No back print. Just the mascot, placed with some restraint.
Panda Prints is a custom print shop in Kennesaw, a few miles up from Marietta. This isn’t licensed school merchandise. It’s fan gear, made for the alumni who drove back for homecoming, the parents who never missed a Friday night, and the students who learned what “Be Somebody” actually means from watching a team earn it.
Four colorways. Black and royal blue are the obvious calls. White is clean for gameday. Desert tan gives the navy logo room to breathe in a way the darker shirts don’t.
