Everyone behind you sees the Blue Devil. You just have the M on the chest, small, left side, the way Marietta keeps it. The back is the full mascot: navy shield, devil face looking straight out, silver accents, TM in the corner because this logo belongs to a school that’s been building something worth protecting since 1892.
The mascot face is forward-facing. Not a profile, not a silhouette. It looks straight out at whoever’s standing behind you. The shield shape is heraldic, more coat of arms than sports logo.
Marietta High has football state titles in 1967 and 2019. Basketball championships in 1983 and 1999. Cross country titles in 2014, 2015, 2020, and 2022. Dansby Swanson wore this mascot before going #1 overall in the 2015 MLB Draft, winning the College World Series Most Outstanding Player award, and eventually a World Series with the Braves. The school retired his number 3.
The “Be Somebody” motto has been at Marietta High since the 1960s. Coach Ben Wilkins started it. It outlasted him and kept going. A school with a mascot this confident tends to mean what it says.
Desert tan is the right choice. The navy and silver in the back design have room to breathe against the warm background. The shield reads clean. White works too, but on tan the whole thing lands differently.
Panda Prints makes this Marietta Blue Devils tee in white and desert tan, for Blue Devil Nation and anyone who’s ever had reason to wear that M.
