Custom Sublimated Frosted Shot Glass

A printed shot glass walks a line. The print has to be sharp enough to read across a bar, but the cup itself has to feel like a real shot glass, not a novelty item that someone shelves and never uses. The frosted finish solves both. The frost is what makes sublimation possible, and it also gives the artwork a slightly muted, etched quality that reads as classier than the high-gloss printed glasses sold at souvenir shops.

Two sizes, same finish. The 1.5oz is the standard American shot, which matters for bachelor and bachelorette weekend orders and home bar sets where guests are pouring measured drinks. The 3oz shooter is a different category. Larger than a standard shot, smaller than a rocks glass, sized for layered shots like B-52s, dessert shooters, sample pours at distillery tastings, and cordials at the end of a dinner. The taller profile gives the height to layer colors without them bleeding into each other.

Full color sublimation wraps about three-quarters of the body on both sizes, leaving a small unprinted strip at the seam. Wedding party logos, groomsman names with a date underneath, custom monograms for a home bar, sports team graphics for a tailgate, real estate closing gifts with a property photo, and small distillery branding all reproduce well at this scale. The base is heavy enough to slap down on a bar without tipping, and the rim is rolled smooth.

Hand wash recommended. The dishwasher will not destroy the print on the first cycle, but high heat over months will dull saturation, which is true of every sublimated glass on the market.
