We embroider the perf-front with poly thread and tear-away stabilizer, with careful placement to avoid stitching directly over the laser perforations.

The 355 ships in around 12 color combos, one OSFA size with a plastic snap. Up to 8,000 stitches per cap are included in your per-piece price. Handles a clean front logo, wordmark, or monogram. Standard turnaround is 3-5 business days from approval. Rush options (1-day, Friday same-day digitizing) start production once blanks and your digitized file are both in hand. New artwork carries a one-time digitizing fee, waived on reorders.
