Most quarter-zip orders go to embroidery, but DTF has a place when the logo is full-color, photographic, or too detailed for stitch. We use low-temp film on the EXP20PQ to control dye migration on dark colors (navy, black, red especially).

Best use cases: corporate uniforms, real estate teams, golf outings, school staff, event and trade show staff. Sells $45-55 retail with a chest hit. Quality fabric, low MOQ, fast turnaround.
