The Gildan 64800 is the budget polo. Standard pique, modern cut, and a price point that makes restaurant and casual office uniforms feasible. 6.0 oz/yd², 100% ring-spun cotton pique (heathers blended).

DTF on cotton pique works well. The textured surface takes the transfer with full color, and a left-chest placement reads clean on a polo. For full-front or back prints, the pique texture comes through slightly under the transfer in a way that looks intentional.

Best use cases: budget corporate polos, restaurant and bar staff uniforms, casual office, volunteer and event staff, school faculty shirts. The pick when embroidery is over budget but customers still want a polo.
